Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1901 platform available on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.

These terms apply to all users of the 1901 platform, including visitors, registered users, and VIP members. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1901 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1901 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported to our support team that your account was accessed without authorisation.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1901 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary, particularly prior to processing withdrawals.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a 1901 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating fake accounts or registering using another person's identity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through this platform.
• Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the platform, including cyberattacks or attempts to access systems without authorisation.
• Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, funds being frozen, and legal action where applicable.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

1901 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term set out in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in any way.

When an account is suspended, all platform access will be blocked until the investigation is complete. If closure is confirmed due to a violation, 1901 reserves the right to forfeit any funds associated with the fraudulent activity. Legitimate funds in accounts closed for other reasons may be returned at our discretion upon completion of identity verification.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within three to five business days, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the 1901 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 1901 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1901.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, resell, or distribute any content from this platform through any channel without authorisation. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

1901 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.
